4-12-15 Silsbee, TX to Lake Charles, LA 77 miles

When we woke up this morning there were thunderstorm warnings, including flood warnings for the area we were riding.  Fortunately none of that materialized while we were out!  By the end of the 77 miles, the skies darkened as we rushed to get to the hotel.  The last two miles, as we were going over the 1.2 mile bridge...with a high-bridge feature...the sky opened up!  The temps were in the low 70's, so actually it was kind of fun.  It felt like playing out in the rain when we were kids!
